The conference was attended by several notable figures, including Wanaparthy District Superintendent of Police (SP) Ravula Giridhar IPS, Principal Eswariah, and Vice Principal Ramaraju Yadav, who served as the chief guests.

During the event, SP Ravula Giridhar spoke to the women in attendance, emphasizing the importance of awareness about various issues such as sexual harassment, sexual assaults, anti-ragging, suicides, cybercrimes, and human trafficking.
