Khanapur – Local Market Committee Chairman Padigala Bhushan has called on farmers to make full use of the government-run paddy purchase centres in the region.

On Monday, he officially opened new paddy procurement centres in the villages of Maskapur, Surjapur, and Medam Pally. These centres have been launched under the supervision of IKP (Indira Kranthi Patham) to help farmers sell their Rabi season paddy.

He also instructed IKP officials to ensure that the centres run smoothly. He emphasized that farmers should not face any problems during the selling process and must receive timely assistance.
