Valigonda (Yadadri-Bhongir): After the heavy rains in Hyderabad on Thursday night, the Musi River is overflowing, causing safety worries in the surrounding areas.

In the Yadadri-Bhongir district, the river’s rising waters have reached the low-level bridge near Bheemaling at Sangem in Valigonda mandal. Floodwaters are now moving over the bridge. To ensure safety, police have quickly placed barricades on both ends, stopping all vehicles and pedestrians due to the high water levels.

This situation has halted travel to and from villages near Sangem, leaving residents isolated. Authorities warn people to remain cautious and avoid these flood-risk areas until the water subsides.
