Union Minister and BJP state president G Kishan Reddy spoke at a meeting in Bhongir about the upcoming Graduate MLC elections. He stated that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy does not have the authority to fulfill the promises made by the Congress party.
The meeting, held on Saturday, was focused on preparations for the by-elections in Nalgonda, Khammam, and Warangal for graduates. Reddy mentioned that people only supported the Congress party because of their opposition to KCR, not out of genuine affection. He emphasized that the BJP has emerged as a viable alternative to the Congress.
Reddy assured that the BJP will advocate for the implementation of the promises made by the Congress during Assembly and parliament elections. He criticized the BRS government, questioning how KCR can ask for votes when he cannot protect his own party MLAs. Reddy expressed confidence in the BJP’s prospects in Telangana, citing past successes in graduate elections in united Andhra Pradesh.
During the meeting, MLC candidate Gujjula Premender Reddy, MP candidate Boora Narsaiah Goud, district president Pasam Bhaskar, and others were present. The BJP leader expressed optimism about the party’s performance in the recent MP elections and anticipated winning more seats.
