BJP chief JP Nadda recently urged people to vote for a strong government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a third term. He emphasized that only the BJP can provide a stable government with a clear vision for the country’s development.
During a public meeting in Kothagudem, Nadda criticized opposition parties like the Congress, RJD, AAP, and BRS for prioritizing power over serving the people. He questioned whether leaders like Rahul Gandhi could effectively address issues like price rise and development challenges.
Nadda also accused the opposition alliance of supporting corruption, contrasting Modi’s anti-corruption stance with the alliance’s perceived protection of corrupt individuals. He highlighted the fact that several opposition leaders are either on bail or in jail, including prominent figures like Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Arvind Kejriwal.
The BJP chief further criticized the Congress government in Telangana, alleging corruption during the previous administration. He expressed concerns about the Congress’s proposal to provide religious-based reservations, which goes against the constitutional principles of caste-based reservations for marginalized communities.
Nadda drew a comparison between the strong and stable government led by Modi and the weak governance under Congress. He emphasized the BJP’s achievements, such as the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He urged voters to support the BJP for a strong and effective government, warning against the INDIA alliance’s alleged corruption and dynastic politics.
