In Hyderabad, P Prithvi Raj, the son of the late P Murali, has been appointed as a Deputy Tahsildar under the Group-II services. This decision was made by relaxing the usual rules because of special circumstances.
P Murali, who served as an Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (CAR Headquarters), passed away last year while still in service. As a result, the family requested government assistance to support them following his death.
Considering the family’s situation, the government decided to help by offering employment to Prithvi Raj. He has been given the position of Naib-Tahsildar on compassionate grounds, recognizing this as a unique case.
