Two washed away in Godavari large natural stream of water in Kothagudem

Kothagudem: In an not favored by fortune event, the bodies of two teenagers, Vasu (17) and Akbar (16), who went swimming in river Godavari and went missing on Sunday, were found on Monday.

Six youths from Ashok Nagar, Kotha Colony, AMC Colony, MP Colony and Jagadish Colony in Bhadrachalam went swimming in the large natural stream of water on Sunday eve at an surface area between Bhadrachalam and Yetapaka settlement of AP.

Two were washed away in the large natural stream of water while four escaped. The youths, who escaped unharmed, told the police about the event after nightfall on Sunday and hence business especially one run on a large scale for the missing boys could not be launched immediately.
