Hyderabad: The Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE) has announced the Great AppSec Hackathon 2024. This initiative is a joint effort by DSCI (a Nasscom initiative) and the Government of Telangana.
The hackathon aims to build skills among students, provide hands-on experience, and raise awareness about application security threats and vulnerabilities. Dr. Sriram Birudavolu, CEO of CCoE-DSCI, expressed excitement about the event, mentioning that over 7,000 people from India and around the world have registered. He emphasized the importance of this initiative in developing future cyber security experts and creating a strong cyber security ecosystem.
The last date to register is August 4. The registration fee is Rs 199 plus 18% GST.
