    Hyderabad: The Supreme Court Collegium recently held two meetings and decided to transfer seven High Court judges. The goal of these transfers is to bring more diversity and inclusivity to the judiciary, and to improve the quality of justice.

    The judges being transferred include two from Telangana, four from Karnataka, and one from Andhra Pradesh. These changes are expected to make the justice system stronger and more balanced.

    Here are the recommended transfers:

    – Justice Perugu Sree Sudha will move from the Telangana High Court to the Karnataka High Court.
    – Justice Kasoju Surendhar (also known as K. Surender) will be transferred from the Telangana High Court to the Madras High Court.
    – Justice Heman Chandanagoudar will go from the Karnataka High Court to the Madras High Court.
    – Justice Krishnan Natarajan will be moved from the Karnataka High Court to the Kerala High Court.
    – Justice Neranahalli Srinivasan Sanjay Gowda will transfer from the Karnataka High Court to the Gujarat High Court.
    – Justice Dixit Krishna Sripad will move from the Karnataka High Court to the Orissa High Court.
    – Justice Dr. Kumbhajadala Manmadha Rao will be transferred from the Andhra Pradesh High Court to the Karnataka High Court.

    These transfers will take effect after the Central government approves them and the President gives consent. Once that happens, the judges will take charge at their new High Courts.
